It considers the affective, behavioural, cognitive, and physiological needs of individuals as well as their spiritual beliefs. This tailored made model enables practitioners to customise treatment plans and techniques based on individual characteristics while always keeping an emphasis on client motivation, therapeutic relationships, and meaningful change
Wellbeing sessions
Enhancing and supporting wellbeing is key to a healthy life; every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive. Our approach recognizes that feelings of wellbeing are rooted in personal experiences, outlooks, and attitudes - as well as any physical or emotional trauma one may have faced. By taking on an all-encompassing perspective I’m passionate to help individuals across many aspects of their lives which can ultimately lead them towards improved happiness and contentment. Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Yoga Therapy and Humanisitic therapeutic framework are used to support the wellbeing sessions.

All individual sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Extended sessions are available by prior arrangement.
Payments for face-to-face sessions are made at the time of consultation by cash or credit card
Payments for online sessions are made prior to the consultation by direct bank credit.
Please note that once you have booked a time slot, it will be exclusively reserved for you. Kindly be aware that any cancellations, missed sessions, or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will require full payment.
