“Traveler, there are no paths.

Paths are made by walking.”

– Australian Aboriginal Proverb

I was born in northern Mexico, but 18 years ago my journey took me to the beautiful lands of Australia's Boonwurrung people. Growing up in Mexico provided a wonderful environment that allowed me to explore many forms of holistic health and spiritual practice, art, yoga, meditation, dance etc. My interest in human development guided me through further studies in clinical psychology and dedicated myself to understanding the mind for many years afterwards.

In 2018, I embarked into a new therapeutic journey in Somatic Experiencing. Through this process, it became evident the levels of tension that were stored up in my nervous system.

About Blanca (she/her)

Initially, I felt like my mind was in the way of understanding and connecting with my body. As time passed however, things started to come into place: I gained insight and agency over both myself physically and emotionally - a journey that left me feeling open yet strong.

I started to connect strongly with the teachings of my ancestors, understanding that our bodies can take a cue from the natural order, reminding us that winter's darkness is balanced by renewed life and energy in spring.

Slowly and mindfully I engaged in connecting with my internal cycles, embracing the restful support during challenging times with confidence - knowing my nervous system will find balance and regulation.

With over 22 years of practice in the field of psychology and a life long experience in holistic wellbeing, I'm proud to offer an inclusive approach to healing that combines traditional talk therapy with a body-centric view as well as insights into neurological trauma.

My mission is simple: Help clients on their journey through life's ups and downs so they can become their best selves - no matter what age.  As we get older our experiences make us richer; why not use them instead of letting them weigh us down? So let me be part your story; together, we can create positive change for this generation and generations ahead.
